Astraspire is a high-rise shaped by undulation rather than torsion, defined by a parametric lattice that creates a wave-like rhythm across a glass volume. The oscillation peaks at mid-height, giving the tower a sculptural presence and casting dynamic shadows throughout the day.
The façade acts as both performance and identity. Tilted louvers reduce solar gain, panels shift to create depth, and the wave form establishes a distinctive skyline silhouette. Generated through algorithmic scripts in Grasshopper, the design fuses computational precision with architectural expression, turning the tower into a living system of geometry and light.
